Dr Murad Skin Care launches “Customer’s Bill of Rights”

Built around the premise that real service comes from respecting the rights of the customer, Murad is integrating the Bill — a list of 10 basic rights for all Murad customers — into its employee training efforts and as a basic list of principles to be applied by all at Murad, regardless of position.
